Where do I begin... this oven doesn't do one thing even halfway well. It won't heat up to even near 350 unless it's set beyond 425, and then it takes forever (1 hour) to cook a small frozen entree. Toast? Forget it. This product will burn the edges black and leave pretty much the rest of the bread soft and pale. I can find no effect whatsoever from the so-called convection feature, except the sound of the fan that slows cooking time, not increases it (nor enhances the cooking, at the very least). For several months now, I have patiently tried to find a decent setting or trick to get the best out of this oven, no matter how idiosyncratic that may be. Ain't happening. I didn't think I could do worse than the Krups toaster oven I had before, but I was wrong! (Maybe Black & Decker will one day regain their supremacy in the toaster oven world. The Toast-R-Ovens many years ago were quite the work horses and easy to use. Not so much anymore.) FYI, I read about this oven on the Amazon...
